GymTempo is now on the App Store
The native iOS app is here. Here's what's different from the web app, and how to get whichever one fits you.
GymTempo started life as a web app you install straight from the browser. Today it takes a big step: GymTempo is now a native iOS app on the App Store.
Prefer the browser? Open the web app → - it isn’t going anywhere.
Native app vs. web app
Both give you the same GymTempo - the same routines, the same logging, the same account and sync. The difference is how they’re installed and how they feel on your phone.
- Native iOS app (App Store). One-tap install, a proper home-screen icon, fullscreen by default, and offline logging built in. This is the smoothest way to use GymTempo on an iPhone.
- Web app (PWA). Runs in any modern browser and installs to your home screen without an app store. Best on Android, desktop, and iPad - and still a great option on iPhone if you’d rather skip the App Store.
There’s no wrong choice. Your data lives in your account, so you can switch between them anytime.
How to get it
On iPhone: tap Download on the App Store and you’re done. If you’d rather install the browser version instead, follow the Add to Home Screen guide.
Everywhere else: open go.gymtempo.app and install it from your browser.
